To assure blind judging, include with each entry a SEPARATE cover page giving your name/ address/ tel.#, title(s), date of entry, brief literary bio and accurate word count. The entrant may stipulate on the cover page that the entry includes "First Canadian Rights" up to the proposed date of the publication. Title only on each page. No revisions after submission. Entries will not be critiqued or returned. Exceptions noted will require a self-addressed stamped (or with IRC) envelope (SASE). Fees (if any) in Canadian $. Deadline is postmark. Should an entry be published elsewhere before the winners are declared, the entrant should notify the contest organizers immediately.
